The basis on which we take enquiries, provide quotes and carry out journeys.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to chauffeur services provided by Melbourne Corporate Chauffeur (ABN 62 686 711 435). By requesting a quote or booking a journey you agree to them.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the quote form is an enquiry only. We will reply by email with pricing. A quote is not a booking.

A booking is confirmed when you accept our quote using the Confirm my booking link in the quote email, while that link is still valid. A confirmation link works for up to 14 days, or until the pickup time if sooner. A revised quote replaces any earlier one. No deposit is required.

3. Pricing and payment

4. Changes and cancellations
